Brunei Legislation on Littering

This is a compilation of Bruneian gazzettes that is related to littering. The source of the gazettes are from Attorney General Chamber which can be found at here. Please agree on the disclaimer before entering the website.
Find Chapter 30- Minor Offences Act under Section "Offences in Respect of Uncleanliness in Public Places and Unauthorised Dumping".
Please note that BBB's role here is for awareness and NOT as enforcer. Government agencies such as the Police are the right authorities to enforce these law.
Another addition is The Forest Act (Amendment) Order, 2007. Quoted from the Order is below:
"Littering in reserved forest
26B.
(1) No person shall litter in a reserved forest
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both
(3) A person contravenes subsection (1) if he causes an unpleasant smell or degrades the beauty of the appearance of property or detracts from the natural cleanliness or safety of property by intentionally-
a) Discarding or depositing any rubbish, trash, garbage, debris or other refuse
b) Draining, or causing or permitting to be drained, mining sludge, industrial effluent, sewage or the drainage from a cesspool, septic tank, recreational or camping vehicle waste-holding tank or other contaminated source or
c) Permitting any rubbish, trash, garbage, debris or other refuse to be thrown from a vehicle which he is operating or which is under his control."
Another issue is in regards to 'Open Burning'. It's on Page 7 " Burning Material or Discharging Firearm in Public Road" in Chapter 30
